Schylling's own shop is closed right now (they redirect buyers to local toy stores). So any site that says it is the official NeeDoh store is lying. Patterns we've seen: domains like needohofficial.*, myneedoh.*, shop-needoh.*, needoh.us — deep "clearance" discounts on everything, no company address, only card payment, glowing reviews with no dates.
Rule of thumb: if it isn't a store you've heard of, and it isn't sold by that store on its own site, don't buy it there. Our restock alerts only ever link to retailer-sold listings at retail price.
Look for the Schylling logo on the card or the sticker. No Schylling = not a NeeDoh, whatever the listing said.
Compare to Schylling's product photo for that exact shape — color count, face print, and the little NeeDoh imprint on the toy itself on most models.
Marketplace purchase? Amazon and Walmart both refund counterfeit items — open a return as "item not as described / counterfeit".

Look for the Schylling logo, the NeeDoh® trademark and a product code on the package. Fakes skip the Schylling name, use generic "stress ball" or "squishy" wording, come from unknown marketplace sellers or scam "official" sites, and feel thinner or stickier with a weaker slow-rise.

Schylling does not sell NeeDoh through Temu, TikTok Shop or AliExpress. Listings there are unverified and are usually knock-offs using the NeeDoh name. Buy from a retailer that sells it itself: Amazon sold by Amazon.com, Target, Walmart sold by Walmart, or an independent toy store.

Marketplace sellers on those same sites vary, so always check the sold-by line.
No. There is no published restock schedule for any retailer. Restocks appear without notice and sell through fast, so the practical answer is an alert the moment a listing flips to in stock rather than checking pages by hand.
